The second step of the WellaPlex system, developed with Opti pH technology to strengthen the hair's inner bonds. Used in the salon together with colour or bleach to restore the hair's pH balance and structure after a chemical treatment.

Included as step 2 in the WellaPlex treatment: after bleach or colour mixed with No1 Bond Maker has been rinsed out without shampooing, No2 Bond Stabilizer is applied and left to process for about 10 minutes before the hair is rinsed and shampooed. Can also be used as a stand-alone strengthening treatment together with No1 Bond Maker according to the salon's routine.
