Delivery area
We currently deliver to addresses in Sweden.

Shipping cost

• Orders under SEK 499: SEK 65 with DHL.
• Orders of SEK 499 or more: free shipping with DHL.

All prices include VAT. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time
The delivery time is normally 2-5 working days after your payment has been confirmed. You will receive a message with tracking information when your order has been shipped. The range is delivered from several suppliers, so an order may arrive in several shipments.

Chemical products
Certain products, for example hydrogen peroxide, bleach and other chemical products, are shipped according to the carrier's rules for dangerous goods. This may mean that the delivery time or delivery method differs for such products.

Uncollected parcels
Parcels that are not collected and are returned to us are refunded less a deduction of SEK 99. See our refund policy.

Damaged or missing delivery
Please inspect the shipment when you receive it. Contact us at info@yourhair.se if anything is damaged or missing.
