1. Company information
The online store yourhair.se is operated by Scandinavian Ecom AB, organisation number 559563-4972, VAT registration number SE559563497201, Pinnharvsgatan 7B, 431 47 Mölndal, Sweden. Email: info@yourhair.se. We do not offer telephone support, contact us by email.

2. Application
The terms apply to all purchases in the online store and to all customers, both consumers and businesses. The customer must be at least 18 years old. The products are primarily developed for professional use by trained hairdressers and barbers.

3. Order and agreement
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. The agreement becomes binding when we have sent an order confirmation to your email address. We may reject or cancel an order, for example if the item is sold out, in the event of an obvious error in price or product information, or if we suspect misuse. You will then receive a full refund of what you have paid. You have the right to cancel your purchase according to section 6. The online store runs on technology from Shopify, but the purchase is always made with Scandinavian Ecom AB.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices and to correct obvious errors in price or product information, and to cancel orders in the event of such errors or when stock is sold out, even after you have placed your order. You will then receive a full refund.

5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in Sweden. The delivery time is normally 2-5 working days after payment has been confirmed. The shipping cost is SEK 65, and for orders of SEK 499 or more shipping is free. See our shipping policy for more information.

6. Right of withdrawal, returns and complaints
You have a 14-day right of return from the day you received the item, and this applies to all customers, including businesses. See our terms for returns and refunds for full information. For returns, SEK 99 is deducted from the refund for handling and return shipping. The right to make a complaint applies for three years.

7. Chemical products and user responsibility
Many products in our range are chemical products, for example hair colour, bleach, hydrogen peroxide, perm solution and toner. By purchasing these products, you confirm the following:

• The products are intended for professional use by trained persons. You are yourself responsible for having the necessary knowledge and training to use them safely.
• You are responsible for reading and following the manufacturer's labelling, instructions for use and safety information on the packaging before use. The information on the packaging always takes precedence over information on the website.
• Always do a patch test according to the manufacturer's instructions before using hair colour. Dyes, for example PPD, can cause serious allergic reactions. Do not use products on people who have previously had reactions.
• Hair colour and chemical products must not be used on eyelashes or eyebrows, unless the product is expressly intended for that purpose.
• Use protective gloves, ventilate well, mix only according to the manufacturer's instructions and never mix with other chemicals or products from other systems unless the manufacturer states otherwise.
• Store the products cool, closed and out of reach of children. Never swallow the products.
• The ingredients list (INCI) varies between shades and production batches. Always see the packaging for the complete and current ingredients list. Safety data sheets are provided by the manufacturer, contact us if you need help getting hold of them.
• In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and contact a doctor. In case of ingestion or a serious reaction, contact Giftinformationscentralen (the Swedish Poisons Information Centre) (010-456 67 00) or call 112.

Images, texts and product information on the website are indicative. Manufacturers may change wording, packaging and contents without prior notice.

8. Intellectual property rights
Texts, images, logos and other material in the online store belong to Scandinavian Ecom AB or the respective rights holders and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute or use the material commercially without our written permission. Brand names that appear in the online store belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products.

9. Prohibited use
You may not use the online store for unlawful purposes, provide false information when ordering, attempt to disrupt or circumvent the security of the online store or automatically collect content, for example with bots or scraping, without our permission. We may reject orders from anyone who breaches this.

10. Liability
We are responsible for the products in accordance with applicable law, including the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen) and the Swedish Product Liability Act (produktansvarslagen). We are not liable for damage caused by the product having been used incorrectly, contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, or by users who lacked the necessary knowledge or training, to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not limit your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, for example war, labour disputes, government decisions, transport disruptions or suppliers' delivery problems.

12. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

13. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. The terms that applied when you placed your order apply to your purchase. The latest version is always available on this page.

14. Disputes and applicable law
Swedish law applies to purchases in the online store. As a consumer, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), www.arn.se. Disputes are decided by a Swedish general court.
