Orders and delivery

What does shipping cost?

Orders under SEK 499 cost SEK 65 in shipping with DHL. Orders of SEK 499 or more are shipped free of charge. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long is the delivery time?

Normally 2 to 5 working days after payment has been confirmed. You will receive tracking information when the order has been shipped. The range is delivered from several suppliers, so an order may arrive in several shipments.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to addresses in Sweden.

Why may the delivery of developer and bleach differ?

Some chemical products are shipped according to the carrier's rules for dangerous goods. This may affect delivery time or delivery method. See the shipping policy.

Returns and complaints

How do I return an item?

You have 14 days to return an item from the day you received it. First contact us at info@yourhair.se with your name, order number and which items it concerns, and we will send you a return shipping label. SEK 99 is deducted for return shipping. Read more in the refund policy.

Can I return hair colour and bleach?

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept products where the seal has been broken, for example hair colour, bleach and developer.

My item is damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Contact us immediately at info@yourhair.se. The right to make a complaint applies for three years, and if a complaint is approved, we cover the return shipping.

Products and use

Do I need to do a patch test?

Yes. Always do a patch test according to the manufacturer's instructions before using hair colour. Do not use the product on people who have previously had reactions.

How do I mix hair colour and developer?

The ratio, developer strength and processing time differ between brands. See our guides: Wella Koleston Perfect Me+, Schwarzkopf Igora Royal and Dusy hair colour and bleach. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging.

Are the products for private customers?

Many products are primarily developed for professional use by trained hairdressers. You are responsible for reading the labelling and safety information and for using the products safely. The customer must be at least 18 years old. See the terms of service.

Where do I find the ingredients list and safety data sheets?

The ingredients list (INCI) is on the packaging and may vary between shades and production batches. Safety data sheets are provided by the manufacturer. Contact us if you need help getting hold of them.
