Welloxon Perfect is a cream-based hydrogen peroxide developer designed to be mixed with Wella's permanent colour products (primarily Koleston Perfect/Me+), normally at a ratio of 1:1, but 1:2 for, for example, Special Blonde. Mix to a smooth, lump-free cream immediately before application. The processing time is determined by the colour product it is mixed with (usually 30–40 minutes without heat, 15–20 minutes with heat). Available in several strengths (1.9%, 4%, 6%, 9% and 12%) – choose the strength according to the desired level of lift or coverage.
