Directions for use
Color Touch Emulsion is the developer for the Color Touch demi-permanent colour system and is mixed at a ratio of 1:2 (1 part colour to 2 parts emulsion). Available in two strengths: 1.9% for toning and soft grey coverage, and 4% for added shine and stronger grey coverage. Apply to shampooed, towel-dried hair. Processing time: approx. 20 minutes at room temperature or 15 minutes with heat.
