Directions for use
Mix with Freelights developer at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:3 (recommended 1:1.5) in a non-metallic bowl. Start application in the mid-lengths and sweep lightly towards the roots to avoid hard demarcation lines. When applying to the scalp, developer must not exceed 20 vol (6%). Gives up to 7 levels of lift and contains ACTIFUSE technology that reduces swelling of the powder during application.
