Mix with Blondor Freelights Lightening Powder at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:3 (recommended 1:1.5) in a non-metallic bowl. Intended for freehand application and must not be applied directly to the scalp. Use the mixture immediately – discard any unused mixture.
