Goldwell Texture Dimensions Perm FIX Neutraliser
Texture Dimensions Perm Fix Neutraliser is a ready-mixed fixing liquid intended to be used together with the Texture Dimensions perm series. It suits all hair types and is used as the final step in the perm process to lock the new structure in place.

After the perm lotion has been rinsed out thoroughly and excess water removed with a towel, apply the neutraliser generously over the rods using an applicator bottle, so that each rod is well saturated (about 2/3 of the amount the first time). Leave to process for about 7 minutes, then carefully remove the rods without pulling the hair and apply the remaining neutraliser for another minute or so of processing before the hair is rinsed.
