Directions for use
Schwarzkopf states up to 7 levels of lift. In Schwarzkopf's example formulas, Vario Blond Plus is mixed 1:2 with Igora Royal Oil Developer 3% or 6%. Developer up to 6% can be used on the scalp. 9% and 12% must only be used without contact with the scalp. Processing time up to 20 to 45 minutes.
