Divide the hair into even sections and wind each section around a rod of the chosen thickness, from the hairline towards the ends. Secure the rod according to the desired technique and then apply perm lotion according to the product's instructions. Leave for the recommended time, rinse and neutralise before the rods are carefully unwound.
