Perm rods in the shorter model, for use on smaller sections or nape and temple hair. Gives the same even curl formation as the longer rods but is better suited to shorter hair lengths. Colour-coded by thickness to make it easy to choose the right size.

Divide the hair into smaller sections and wind each section around a rod of the thickness that gives the desired curl size. Secure the rod and apply perm lotion according to the instructions on the product. Leave for the prescribed time, rinse thoroughly and neutralise before the rods are removed from the hair.
