A ready-to-use neutralising liquid intended for use together with the Perform+ Perm series to fix the curls after a perm treatment.

After the hair has been treated with perm lotion and rinsed out, apply about two thirds of the product to the rods with a sponge or applicator bottle and leave for 5 minutes. Then remove the rods, apply the remaining amount and leave for a further 5 minutes. Finish by rinsing, styling and drying the hair.
