Wash the hair without massaging the scalp and towel dry well. Spray the care spray onto porous areas, such as the ends, without rinsing out. Roll the hair onto rods and apply the perm lotion, starting at the nape. Leave to process for 8-15 minutes with heat or 10-20 minutes without heat and check with a test curl. Rinse the rods thoroughly for at least 5 minutes and blot the hair dry. Apply about two thirds of the neutraliser, leave to process for 5 minutes, carefully remove the rods and apply the remaining neutraliser. Leave for a further 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Finish by spraying the care spray into the newly permed hair without rinsing out.
