A fixing lotion that gives lasting curls and waves as well as support for styling. Used together with perm lotions 0 and 1 for an even and thorough neutralisation.

Directions for use
Pour out 100 ml of neutralising solution and apply about two thirds, starting at the nape. Leave to process for 5 minutes, then carefully remove the rods and apply the remaining amount to the lengths and ends. Leave for a further 5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with warm water for at least 5 minutes.
