Wash the hair without massaging the scalp and pre-treat the lengths and ends with a porosity-balancing product before rolling. For a flat-iron treatment: divide the hair into sections, apply the gel evenly to each parting and leave to process for about 15–20 minutes without heat or 5–10 minutes with heat (shorter time for highlighted hair). Rinse thoroughly and dry the hair completely as directed.
