Eyelash and Eyebrow Colour
RefectoCil is a professional colour for eyelashes and eyebrows that is smudge-free and waterproof, with a lasting effect of up to six weeks. The range includes several shades that can be freely mixed with each other, as well as a special bleaching product (Blonde) that differs in that it only works together with Oxidant Creme 3% and can lighten the hair by up to three levels. If brows or lashes are to become lighter, they must first be bleached before tinting.

Remove any eye make-up before the treatment. Apply a protective cream to the client's eyelids and to the underside of the protective papers, then position the papers so that the tint does not get onto the skin. Mix about 2 cm of tint with 10 drops of liquid developer, or 15-20 drops of developer cream, to a smooth, creamy mixture. With the client's eyes closed, apply the tint to the lashes until they are fully covered, and then to the brows in the direction of hair growth. Leave to process for 5-20 minutes depending on the desired intensity. Gently wipe off the tint while the client keeps their eyes closed, first with dry cotton and then with water and cotton. Any tint residue on the skin around the brows can be removed with a special cleanser, which must not, however, be used on the lashes or near the eye.
