A fast toning product for bleached hair that gives even and controllable shading directly after lightening. With a short processing time of just five minutes, unwanted yellow and orange tones are effectively neutralised, while the hair is kept soft and shiny. The gentle formula is designed to reduce hair breakage and leave a healthy, glossy end result with a clear, even blonde shade.

Mix 1:2 with Welloxon Perfect Pastel 1.9% for a quick express toning, or with Welloxon Perfect 4% for a stronger effect that also lightens the roots slightly while toning the lengths and ends. Shade /86 can be intensified by adding 1-5 g Ultra Cool Booster per 30 g of mixture. Apply to pre-lightened, freshly washed, damp hair and leave for about 5 minutes - a longer processing time gives a deeper, more saturated shade.
